Personal growth through group workshops is nothing new for me, but I have never felt such a sense of safety. Mojca and Marko are extremely relaxed, yet exceptional and skilled therapists who lead the group with compassion. I am grateful that I was able to travel into deeper parts of myself with the help of holotropic breathwork, which allowed me to concretely uncover physical and other blocks. (anonymous)

The holotropic breathwork workshop was a great experience, and even more so a look within myself. Into my shadows, certain childhood traumas, and finally into integration, understanding that both darkness and light are just part of the concept of duality. Excellent guidance, professional support, an introduction and a closing, so you really go home with answers to all the questions that came up for me. I recommend it to everyone.

With a little doubt and a lot of curiosity, I imagined what I wanted to find at the workshop. I got it all in one big package, which, with curiosity only and no doubt, I will be rummaging through in the coming days and weeks.
