NY delavnica Holotropnega dihanja

To sum up, my experience of the Holotropic Breathwork workshop as a whole was magical, mystical, cosmic, multidimensional and groundbreaking, with inner revelations that reach beyond the limits of my psychological analysis of my own psyche and emotions. From the moment we arrived at the cabin, which I prefer to call the Temple, until the end of the workshop, it was a mystical experience for me. The setting and atmosphere alone are like that, and not only during the breathing itself: I confronted my inner fears, my patterns, my relationships with other people – who comes into my life, what I attract, and what comes from me, how and why, in relation to the people I had contact with, or didn't. And WHY things are the way they are came as a flash of insight in the revelation of the holotropic workshop. Let's say that at home I used to 'torment' myself with my patterns, relationships and everything else, but at the workshop I experienced a flight into the heights and a look down toward myself, into my own depths: inner explosions of patterns, emotions, blockages and useless shells of awareness. I arrived as an exhausted pauper and left in a revealed well-being of high frequencies, which lasted for days in my home environment, along with a pain that, over the following days, settled in my relationship with myself and others into a higher, healthier and more useful attitude.

Because we worked in pairs, I worked with the 'right person', who gave me a deeper insight into my patterns: what I attract, why I attract it, where I make mistakes, where I still need to mature, and how… In conversations with Mojca and Marko I was able to untangle these things more easily and arrive at a new, better way of functioning. I think that with a general psychotherapist I would have needed several months or more for such progress, for just a small change. What I experienced and learned at the three-day workshop is incomparable to anything, and it was exactly what I needed at a time when I was at my lowest. The setting in the heart of the mountains, the river Kokra, the streams, the forests, the natural ambience inside the house and the wide view of nature from the meditation corner, where I could always allow myself a deep breath. Working in a group and with the group also gave me many insights and a great deal of support, warmth and kindness, as well as mirrors and triggers, but they were welcome…

The role of 'sitter' supporting the 'breather' was also a very powerful experience for me. Simply being present in the space with the rhythms of sacred music is an inner experience, as is witnessing the process of all the 'breathers' in trance and offering support. Crazy… I learned a lot, including profound things, among them how to help someone in distress using the method the mentors use. If my consciousness lived in a rubbish bin before the workshop, now it lives in a city park, with a wider view over the whole 'landscape of consciousness'. I can say it was one of my best, deepest and most beautiful spiritual experiences.

Besides that, Marko and Mojca accepted me exactly as I am, with all my negative, positive, odd and different qualities, so I could truly relax, be who I am, and go into the process lightly and carefree. If I were a Native American chief, I would name Marko 'Holy Man', because in him there is innocent, childlike playfulness and purity with a drop of compassion for helping, and he is also an exceptionally reliable Friend with a capital F. Mojca is a cosmic river of Compassion and Love, joy, laughter and delicate sensuality. It was a great honor to meet such people and spend a few days with them. I send both of them a big warm hug, with great gratitude for opening the doors to a new universe…

My tribute…
